Mary Dailey Desmarais

Mary Dailey Desmarais is Curator of International Modern Art at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. Prior to joining the museum she assisted in the curatorial departments of the Museum of Modern Art, New York, the Yale University Art Gallery and the New York Historical Society while completing her PhD in Art History from Yale University.


Kim Latreille

Kim Latreille is Publisher of Femke magazine and a travelling consultant for Magazines Canada, where she was formerly Chair of the Technical Standards Committee. She has held positions at Rogers Publishing, Cottage Life Media and was formerly the National Director of Productions at St. Joseph Media. Latreille teaches as part of the Magazine and Web Publishing certificate program at Ryerson University.


Samia Madwar

Samia Madwar is a Toronto-based writer and Managing Editor at The Walrus. Prior to joining The Walrus, she was Contributing Editor at Up Here and New Media Editor at Canadian Geographic. Madwar’s writing has appear in Arctic Deeply, Hakai Magazine and the CBC. She holds a Master of Journalism from Carleton University.


Sarah Milroy

Sarah Milroy is a Toronto-based writer and art critic. She served as Editor and Publisher of Canadian Art magazine from 1991 to 1996, as art critic of The Globe and Mail from 2001 to 2010 and is a regular contributor to Canadian Art, Border Crossings and The Walrus. She is the Chief Curator at the McMichael Canadian Art Collection in Kleinburg, ON.


Elizabeth Qulaut

Elizabeth Qulaut is an Iqualuit-based writer and translator. She currently manages the Human Resources program at the Government of Nunavut’s Department of Education. Prior to joining the Department of Education, she acted as a translator for the Government of Canada, Nunavut Arctic College and the Nunavut Department of Justice, among others, and was the Inuktitut Editor of Inuktitut Magazine.

 


Taqralik Partridge

Taqralik Partridge is a writer and multi-disciplinary artist originally from Kuujjuaq, Nunavik, QC. Her writing has appeared in Inuktitut, ArtsEverywhere, Maisonneuve and CBC Books, among others, and she recently co-curated the exhibition Tunirrusiangit: Kenojuak Ashevak and Tim Pitsiulak at the Art Gallery of Ontario. She is Inuit Art Quarterly's inagural Editor-At-Large.
