Planned Giving

Leave a legacy that inspires others, in ways that are the most important to you.

What is a planned gift?

Planned gifts come in many forms: gifts left in your will, gifts of securities, annuities or insurance-related gifts.

There are many potential tax advantages to gift planning. Please speak with your lawyer, accountant or financial to create estate plans that are the most beneficial for you.

By including the Inuit Art Foundation in your will, you can create a legacy that ensures Inuit artists have the best possible opportunities and visibility.

Making a gift to the IAF as part your will has benefits:

  • By making a bequest, you ensure your assets are distributed according to your wishes.
  • Other than the cost of preparing your will, there are no additional costs for you to make a generous gift.
  • A gift in your will allows you to make a tax-effective gift, often eliminating the taxable impact on your beneficiaries.

For legal purposes, please refer to the Inuit Art Foundation (charitable registration #896568417RR0001 in Canada and #980140282 in the US)

Have you already included the IAF in your will? If so, please let us know. We would love to thank you personally and acknowledge your generosity.
