The IAF is a registered charity in Canada and the United States and gratefully accepts donations to put to work helping Inuit artists.

There are many ways to give: to change lives today, and to make a lasting impact on Inuit artists.

Give today – annual and monthly gifts help support Inuit artists year-round. 

  • Join the IAF’s Taqqitamaat Tunisijut Circle (formerly Supporter’s Circle), very special group of donors who support Inuit artists year-round through monthly gifts.

  • Join the IAF’s Tunisijut (formerly Sustainers), a dedicated group of unwavering Inuit art supporters who have committed to connecting artists with significant opportunities. With annual gifts of more than $1,000, members of the Tunisijut Circle make extraordinary impact every day. In thanks, Tunisijuts receive exclusive, behind-the-scenes access to the opportunities to most closely connect with the art they love.

  • Join the IAF's Tunisiniq Nunarjjuaq Piuniqsauqumut Circle, a special group of donors who have included a legacy gift to the IAF in their will. In doing so they will leave a meaningful legacy that supports Inuit artists for generations to come.

Circles of Giving

Programs for Inuit artists rely on generous donors. To make an impact year-round, you may want to consider:

  1. Ikajuqtiit Circle - Caring donors who protect and nurture the Inuit art community. All IAF donors are members of this circle of support. Within this circle you will find the Taqqitamaat Tunisijut Circle (Monthly giving), the Tunisijut Circle (Annual gift over $1000), as well as the Illannarijaujut Tunngavinngmit (Annual gift of up to $999).

  2. Joining the IAF’s Taqqitamaat Tunisijut Circle, very special group of donors who support Inuit artists year-round by giving monthly.

  3. Joining the IAF’s Tunisijut Circle, a dedicated group of unwavering Inuit art supporters who have committed to connecting artists with significant opportunities. With an annual gift of more than $1,000, Tunisijuts make extraordinary impact every day. In thanks, Tunisijuts receive exclusive, behind-the-scenes access to the opportunities to most closely connect with the art they love.

  4. Joining the Tunisiniq Nunarjjuaq Piuniqsauqumut Circle, you'll be part of a special group of donors who have included a legacy gift to the IAF in their will. In doing so they will leave a meaningful legacy that supports Inuit artists for generations to come.

Additional Ways to Give

  1. Donating gifts of publicly traded securities is a simple, cost-effective and tax-efficient way to make a gift. By donating stock directly, instead of selling it, you’ll avoid capital-gains tax with any appreciation in its value. Ask your financial planner if giving this way makes sense for you.

  2. Leaving a gift in your will, or a planned gift, creates a legacy of caring to support Inuit artists into the future. Please speak to your lawyer and advisor about your options.

  3. Employer Matching Gifts: Many employers match charitable donations made by employees, and some will also match gifts made by retirees and spouses. Please ask your workplace if this is an option for you.
