The Artists You Need to See at Northern Lights 2020

This year, Northern Lights runs from February 5th to 8th at the Shaw Centre in Ottawa, ON. Baffin Regional Chamber of Commerce (BRCC) and the Labrador North Chamber of Commerce (LNCC) are once again jointly hosting this event, which brings together business and cultural interests and attracts 200 exhibitors and 1,200+ delegates from across the North. 

Among the attending artists will be multidisciplinary artist Mary Paningajak, of Ivujivik, QC; textile artist Emily Joanasie, of Iqaluit, NU; designer Victoria Okpik, of Montreal, QC; performer Deantha Edmunds-Ramsay, of Rothesay, NB; printmaker Maggie Napartuk, of Kuujjuaq, QC; textile artist Sarah Jensen, of Hopedale, NL; graphic artist Qumaq Mangiuk, of Ivujivik, QC; multimedia media artist Elizabeth Gordon, of Iqaluit, NU; textile artist Sandra Rideout, of Happy Valley - Goose Bay, NL; and jeweller Lavinia Van Heuvelen, of Iqaluit, NU.
