CBC New Indigenous Voices Internship: CBC New Indigenous Voices, presented by the National Screen Institute, is a full-time, 14-week training program for up to 10 Indigenous creators aged 18+ to learn the essential elements of working in the film, TV and digital media industries.

Graphic Designer: The Museum of Anthropology is looking for a graphic designer. The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and implementing the graphic language and visual brand for the Museum. This includes the design and layout of all graphic elements within exhibitions, and associated materials, as well as MOA-branded marketing and communications materials, both printed and electronic, such as member magazines, annual reports, internal signage and advertisements.

Warner Bros. Discovery Curatorial Programming Fellowship: Working directly under the supervision of one of TIFF’s International Programmers, the WBD Curatorial Programming Fellow will develop an understanding of the pre-screening of select festival submissions, specific to territories or film genre, the craft of copywriting and administrative acumen for scheduling, hosting and facilitation for various programming events.

Inuit Art Teacher- Contract: York Region District School Board is looking for an artist to provide Inuit art workshops to 5 different grade 1 and 2 classes. The artist can spend about 150 minutes in each class, as there are 300 minutes of instructional time in the day, not including recess and lunch time. If the artist would rather do a workshop with the only teachers to pass to their class, that is possible as well. The workshops would ideally happen before May 2023. Open to any medium and technique, but due to age of children, more basic is preferred.

Ceramics Assistant (Canada Summer Jobs): The Port Moody Arts Centre is seeking a qualified, creative, and enthusiastic Ceramics Assistant who can provide direction and support for Ceramics Programs. Actors for The Nutcracker Redux: The Caravan Farm Theatre is casting 3 actors for the 2023 Winter Show: The Nutcracker Redux, a cirque inspired adaptation featuring mask, clown, dance, and aerial work, created and directed by Manon Beaudoin. The Nutcracker Redux will be staged outdoors, and involves ten teams of horses, who transport audience and artists from scene to scene.

Call for Participants Cannes Indigenous Co-Production Forum:The Indigenous Screen Office is hosting an Indigenous co-production forum at the Festival de Cannes, May 16 to 27, 2023. Experienced producers may apply to participate in-person at the forum on May 18, 2023, an opportunity designed to connect and explore future possibilities for international co-productions. Nuit Blanche Saskatoon Calls for Submissions: Nuit Blanche Saskatoon is a free, night-time arts festival that showcases and celebrates art and culture. Overtaking multiple venues and public spaces throughout Saskatoon’s core neighbourhoods, the festival will feature sculptures, installations, performances, music, theatre, visual arts, poetry, projections, and other contemporary art forms.
