Artist Services

Since its founding, the Inuit Art Foundation has sought to provide Inuit artists and arts administrators with support services and professional training. In the process, the IAF consults stakeholders extensively to ensure that the programs it creates and delivers resonate with what artists want for their careers and are informed by a long-term view of impact.

Awards

As part of our commitment to supporting capacity building for Inuit artists and cultural works, the Inuit Art Foundation is proud to present the Kenojuak Ashevak Memorial Award and the Watt Scholarship to provide established and emerging artists, writers and academics from across Inuit Nunangat opportunities for professional development.

Artist Exchanges and Workshops

The IAF offers opportunities for targeted training in the form of skill-building workshops as well as a forum for artists to meet, exchange ideas and promote themselves during live events.
