Biography

Andy Mamgark was born in 1930 near Dawson Inlet on the west coast of Hudson Bay and learned to carve in Rankin Inlet, NU, before settling permanently in Arviat, NU, with his family where he continued to produce work for the remainder of his life until his passing in 1997.View Long Biography and Citations
