The Inuit Art Foundation has partnered with Canada Council for the Arts (CCA) to provide one-on-one support to Inuit artists who are interested in applying for grant funding. A limited number of 15-minute appointments are available on a first come, first served basis to meet with CCA Program Officer, Isidra Cruz, on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 between 1 to 5pm ET.

    Isidra Cruz

    Isidra Cruz is a Mexican/Cree arts administrator and costume designer from George Gordon First Nation in Saskatchewan. She has worked with the imagineNATIVE Film + Media Festival, the Toronto Arts Council, the Ontario Arts Council and the Indigenous Community Performing Arts Fund. Her most recent design credits include Two Odysseys: Pimooteewin / Gállábártnit, with Signal Theatre, This is How We Got Here, by Keith Barker, and Run Woman Run, by Zoe Hopkins. Isidra is currently a program officer in Creating, Knowing and Sharing: The Arts and Cultures of First Nations, Inuit and Metis Peoples at the Canada Council for the Arts.
