Christine Tootoo is a performer and musician from Kangiqliniq (Rankin Inlet), NU. She is currently based in Iqaluit, NU, and recently starred in the theatre production “Kiviuq Returns: An Inuit Epic” directed by Laakkuluk Williamson Bathory and produced by the Qaggiavuut! Society. Tootoo is also a button accordion player, and travelled with the Inuksuk Drum Dancers to Ottawa, ON, Iqaluit, NU and Greenland to perform drum dancing and throat singing.
