Taqialuq Nuna

Biography

Taqialuq Nuna is an artist from Kinngait (Cape Dorset), NU who first learned to carve by watching his father, Sharky Nuna carve. Taqialuq Nuna began making his first works when he was eight. He became more serious about carving in his late twenties and today carves when he is not out hunting.
